Contact form
When you use the form, your name, email, subject, message, page language, source route, and selected service context are sent through the form delivery service configured for this site and then to the support mailbox. They are used to reply to and follow up on the enquiry.
Spam protection
The form includes a hidden honeypot field to reduce automated submissions. The delivery service may apply additional technical controls under its own configuration.
Analytics
The site uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate visits and actions. The Google tag can receive the page route, referrer, browser and device information, approximate region, and the names and limited properties of conversion events. Advertising signals and ad personalisation are disabled. The tag is loaded asynchronously after the page has loaded and the browser is idle, or when a visitor performs a measured conversion action. The site also uses Microsoft Clarity to understand clicks, scrolling, and page experience through heatmaps and session recordings. Clarity starts in its cookie-free mode and sensitive fields are masked by default, so recordings are not joined into multi-page sessions. The site may also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate pages, devices, and performance. When Cloudflare Zaraz is configured, events such as opening a service, downloading a checklist, or successfully submitting the form include the page route and action name. Name, email, subject, and message fields are not sent with conversion events. This site does not use the analytics layer to create a user account or an on-site personal profile.
